Report a Listing or Fraud

If a listing looks fraudulent, duplicated, misleading or unavailable, tell us and our moderation team will review it.
How to report
Use the 'Report listing' option on any property page, or email our support team with the listing link and what is wrong.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Listings can be unpublished immediately while a review is under way.
Warning signs
Requests for money before a viewing, prices far below market, refusal to meet at the property, pressure to pay quickly, or documents that cannot be independently confirmed.
We will never ask you to pay a deposit, rent or purchase price to RealEstateSite Africa.
Suspected crime
If you believe you have been defrauded, report it to the Kenyan police in addition to notifying us, and keep all messages, receipts and documents.
